Who we are

We are a team of leading experts in the fields of customer service strategies, organisational development and leadership. We specialise in business transformation; helping organisations to see their business differently and transform the way they relate and respond to customers.

Why Transform?

There are two questions here.

First of all, why transform your business? Well, if you recognise any of the problems highlighted on our Home page, then it’s probably time to start thinking about it.

If you’re struggling to remain competitive in an increasingly competitive environment; if you know your business could be more cost effective and efficient but you don’t seem able to achieve this; if you’re not providing what your customer wants because you don’t know what he wants; then transformation is the answer. Transformation, not change.

Which leads to the second question: Why See Business Differently?

We recognise that taking the decision to transform your business isn’t easy. After all, ‘transformation’ is a much bigger and more demanding word than ‘change’. And that’s why, with See Business Differently, you get complete honesty. You cannot transform your business if you don’t know where you are or where you need to go. What exactly do we do?

In three words: Service Climate Management ®. We use our own, uniquely designed diagnostic tool, known as Climetrics ®, to assess your existing service climate and make recommendations for the transformation of your business. We then help you through the transformation process using Service Climate Management ® methods together with principles of Lean and Sense and Respond.
